Congratulations to Roxie C., our September Winning Hearts Award: The Above & Beyond recipient at Chick-fil-A South Plains Mall!

If you know Roxie, you know that going above and beyond is nothing new for her. Roxie has been serving at Chick-fil-A since 2016, including nearly six years as part of our team, and she continues to make a lasting impact on both our guests and our team.

Roxie takes great pride in the quality of her work and in being a good steward of our business. More importantly, she has a true servant’s heart. She is hardworking, kind, and always looking for ways to serve those around her. Her teammates have said that she “exudes what it means to have a servant heart” and that you simply “can’t help but be in a good mood around her.”

What Roxie loves most about working at Chick-fil-A is the relationships she has built and the opportunity to serve people through her work. Whether she is caring for a guest, helping a teammate, or stepping up when there is a need, Roxie consistently finds ways to make a difference.

Roxie, thank you for being a light to everyone you come in contact with and for continually choosing to go the extra mile. We are so grateful for you and the heart you bring to our team.

Please join us in congratulating Kylea C., our August Winning Hearts Award: The Second Mile recipient at Chick-fil-A South Plains Mall!

Kylea has been part of the Chick-fil-A team for one year and consistently demonstrates what it means to go the second mile for both guests and teammates. Her positive attitude, willingness to help wherever needed, and genuine care for others make a lasting impact every day.

Her favorite menu items are the Grilled Nuggets and a Caramel Iced Coffee, and one of the things she enjoys most about Chick-fil-A is the kind and supportive work environment. Whether she’s serving in the front of house or helping in the back of house, Kylea is always ready to step in and contribute wherever she’s needed.

Outside of work, Kylea enjoys participating in color guard and practicing for Math UIL competitions. Looking ahead, she hopes to become an aerospace engineer and one day work for NASA.

Kylea, thank you for the care, initiative, and servant-hearted attitude you bring to every shift. Your willingness to go the second mile for guests and teammates alike makes you truly deserving of this recognition. Congratulations!
