This month’s Wheel Ups included something pretty special a BLUE WHEEL! 💙🎡

Few people make it to Blue at Happy’s, and there’s a reason for that.

As you move through our Wheel System, the expectations change. Blue isn’t just about what you know anymore. It’s about who you’ve proven yourself to be on a consistent basis.

It’s easy to want to be seen as a leader. It’s much harder to actually lead, set the standard when no one is watching, help the people around you grow, handle the good and the bad, and consistently put the team ahead of yourself.

You don’t earn a Blue Wheel because you want the title or because you’ve been here long enough. You earn it because your actions have shown that you’re ready for the responsibility that comes with it.

That’s why we’re especially excited to celebrate a Blue Wheel this month. Way to go Gavin 💙

And, of course, we’re so proud of every team member who Wheeled Up this month. Every new Wheel represents someone choosing to make your experience as it guest better.

Congratulations Seotember Wheel Up's Gavin, Mandy, Amayah, & Reginae! So grateful for each one of you!

Anyone else going no spoon on the first bite? 😊

One of my favorite parts of Happy's is watching adults become kids again. 🩵

For our August Wheel Ups, I’d like to give special recognition to our Indiana Manager, Avery! 💛

August is always a challenging month for our team. So many of our team members are heading back to school, adjusting to new schedules, sports, activities, and everything that comes with the start of a new school year.

Despite all of that change, all three of our Wheel Ups this month came from Avery’s store!

Training and developing your team takes intentionality even during the easiest months. Continuing to prioritize their growth during one of the busiest and most transitional times of the year says a lot about Avery and the culture she’s building at Indiana.

We’re incredibly proud of our three team members Tatum, Lula, & Makayela who put in the work to earn their next Wheel, but we also want to recognize the leadership behind them.

Avery, thank you for continuing to teach, encourage, and push your team forward. You're awesome!
