Our renowned Dinner Series features weekly rotating menus of exciting ethnic and regional cuisines and themes. Meticulously prepared by our very own RHIM students under the direction of the management team Jason Lindley and Alex Carpenter, our dinners are presented as refined 4-7 course prix fixe chef's menus.
