As one of the oldest restaurant in Lubbock, Tom & Bingo’s Hickory Pit Bar-B-Que has been serving the best in the great state of Texas for decades, and we’re still going strong. Three generations of our family have proudly kept our traditions alive. Bite into one of our famous brisket sandwiches, try a Bingo Burger, or take home a bottle of one of our homemade sauces. Around here, we’re all about enjoying some great food with good people and having a fun time while we’re at it.
