To all the incredible moms out there: Happy Mother’s Day! 💐
But we also want to speak to all the dads and kids:
Let’s not celebrate Mom only on this one day. Every single day, what she needs most isn’t just flowers or gifts — it’s to be truly seen and appreciated.
She’s the superhuman who:
• Reminds the kids about everything — meals, clothes, school, and life (the ultimate all-rounder)
• Rushes from one sports field to another as the dedicated driver
• Sacrifices sleep to care for sick family members — giving medicine, checking temperatures, and staying up all night as the private nurse
• Quietly handles all the bills, paperwork, and household admin when everyone else is busy — the family CEO
Her endless contributions deserve to be truly seen.
Without her, this ship we call “home” simply couldn’t sail smoothly.
So today — and every day — please hug your wife, hug your mom, look her in the eyes and say:
“Thank you for everything you do. I love you.” ❤️

Last night, our team celebrated the most important meal of the year — the traditional Chinese New Year's Eve dinner! 🧧🥢

In Chinese culture, this reunion dinner brings families together to welcome the new year with gratitude and joy. We were so honored to share this special feast not just with our amazing staff, but with their families as well. From dumplings to whole fish (symbolizing abundance!), every dish carried the warmth of tradition.

We are incredibly grateful for our hardworking team, and it meant the world to us to experience this beautiful Chinese tradition together. Here's to family, food, and good fortune in the Year of the HORSE! 🐎 ✨

We’ve handled countless catering orders—many for over a hundred people—though most have been to-go. But this was the first time we hosted a party in our own dining area. A huge thank you to the TTUHSC PRE-Med Students for choosing us! It was a rare and delightful Monday night, with the entire dining room filled with the lively laughter and vibrant energy of these amazing young people. Today, my two kids' Lemonade Stand Day was full of surprises and joy. One guest said, "Because you’re always so kind to my children, I want to be nice to yours too." 🥹Others didn’t even buy lemonade—they just came to tip the kids and encourage their "hard work." Some paid without taking anything, asking us to give the lemonade to those in need. There was also an adorable child learning Chinese who drove over just to practice speaking in Mandarin while buying lemonade… It was truly a heartwarming day, and we feel so lucky to be part of such a loving community. 🌈

We are looking for enthusiastic servers and cashiers to join our team! If you have restaurant service experience, we will prioritize your application. After training, the starting wage is $15 per hour.

**Job Requirements:**
- Restaurant service experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Team player

**Employee Benefits:**
- Free work meals
- Employee discount
- Potential for promotion to Shift Manager (HR rate: $20/hr)
