🌴 Opening Soon: Phuket Thai Street Food 🌴

After months of preparation and an unforgettable journey through Thailand exploring its rich food and culture we’re proud to finally share what we’ve been working on.

From street vendors to hands-on culinary training, we fully immersed ourselves in authentic Thai cooking learning new techniques, refining our skills, and bringing back flavors and experiences we can’t wait for you to try. We took it a step further learning every ingredient that goes into each dish. From hand-picking produce at local markets, to understanding different vegetables, meats, and even mango varieties. We even learned how to make fresh coconut milk from scratch, producing a rich, creamy flavor that you just can’t get from a can.

My name is Brandon Sisomphou, and alongside my wife, Kyndra Sisomphou who I recently married in Thailand during our foodie adventure we’re excited to begin this next chapter.

Food has always been a huge part of our life. From working in my family’s Thai restaurant growing up, to owning and operating Mai Thai Kitchen in Lubbock for over 5 years, many of you have experienced our flavors, from Pad Thai to Drunken noodles and stir frys. After we sold Mai Thai Kitchen to great people, we started Kwok’s Asian Express together. Focused on Chinese food served as fast as we could out of the food truck to bordering communities of Lubbock. While we appreciated the journey, we realized something was missing and that was passion for Thai food.

So we’re going back to our roots but without the food truck.

Phuket Thai Street Food is inspired by the authentic street food culture we experienced in Thailand. Nothing overcomplicated, just real, bold flavors, good vibes, and genuine hospitality. Nothing fancy. Just great food and great service, the way it’s meant to be.
