We specialize in mixing our cheeses, beautiful lines in our bread, and giving you the perfect tomato sauce for dipping! The best part of all, EVERYONE LOVES GRILLED CHEESE!! Founder Sean Kurz, grew up with his mom Renee

making him grilled cheese sammiches for dinner as he would sit on the counter eating more cheese right from the deli bag! These days, he owns a diesel truck repair shop where the opportunity came to buy an ambulance. Almost instantly, the thought of transforming it into a grilled cheese truck and calling it Emergencheese came to mind! His dreams are to share the love of cheese with everyone. It will remind you of home....BUT BETTER!!
