Friday BBQ ! Chicken today also. Burnt ends!
Surprise day! Wild game burger! In smoker for awhile...then in cast iron pan...cheese ... BBQ sauce....fried onions and a little brisket also.
Might be another surprise....not sure yet!

Cash and carry ends at two today. Again tomorrow 6:30 to 11:00.
Batch of BBQ finished! While simmering the sauce played with left over fat from pulled pork. Well....here is the result! A BUBBAS CANDLE! Not as much smoke aroma as we thought there would be...but a light nice aroma! Plus burns clean! You never know what will happen at Bubbas!
