We kinda go out of our way for this sandwich. Most of our menu has ingredients that we cross utilize, but this sandwich has two things we don't cross utilize at all.
The Rye bread from Haan's and the house made corned beef don't get used in anything else on the menu, yet we still serve enough of this sandwich to not be concerned about waste.

I don't think I would be as excited about Wing Wednesday if I hadn't had Chef re-do our wing rub recipe about a year and a half ago.
They're such an improved product. The old ones were fine but I think that you all know us well enough to know that, to us, "fine" is a four letter f word.

I've worked in that world. I'll take what we do over that any day.
We offer good quality at fair prices. We focus on things like flavor, texture, mouth feel, SFAH ratio (salt, fat, acid, heat) and all the nuance that goes with it.
On Monday, this burger (along with Housemade chips and house made beer) can be had for just $10.
No lace doilies here just great food with lots of extra paper towel. Don't be afraid, get your hands dirty.

"Hot Honey" has been something of a craze lately but I have to be honest... I didn't really get it. Tried it. Not for me. No hate on anyone who loves it just not for me.
What I thought it was gonna taste like is our Honey Chipotle sauce.
Where did we come up with the Honey Chipotle recipe? Stole it from a chain. Not ashamed to say it.
To be fair, we use real ingredients and make the sauce. We don't open a box and suddenly there's a bag of sauce in it called Honey Chipotle.
Not that I went all Mission Impossible and broke in somewhere but instead we found a recipe on the old internet, tweaked it and out came these bad boys. A perfect balance of sweet heat.
