🌟 Our Journey Begins 🌟

I’m Ezequiel Ramos, the proud founder of Tropical Breeze Paellas. My love for authentic Puerto Rican and Spanish cuisine inspired me to start this business, bringing rich, flavorful paellas to events across New England.

From a passion sparked at a paella seminar at NUC University in Puerto Rico to learning under the incredible Chef Gato, this journey has been nothing short of amazing. The mentorship, lessons, and flavors I’ve discovered along the way continue to inspire me every day.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far! Your encouragement is a tribute to the journey we’ve been on, and we can’t wait to share more of our culinary adventures with you. Stay tuned for exciting updates, special offers, and a taste of Puerto Rican paella that will make your events truly special.

Let us bring the essence of Puerto Rico to your table! 🌞
