Had an amazing time competing with my Wired family tonight at Rockford’s Chef Table. It was an absolute honor and pleasure to work with such great people!!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾We were able to rack up the Best Appetizer and Best Entree Awards. 🏆🏆 Just a Dessert away from a clean sweep!

Wow…….what a day!!!! We’ve been at it since 3:00am this morning and we’re finally all done with our entries. Here are our Turkey, Chicken,Ribs, Shoulder, Brisket and Sausage blind boxes. The awards begin @ 5:00pm so stay tuned and we’ll keep you posted.

We were right back at it again today with our Baked bean, Potato, and Desert entries. Tomorrow is Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, Pork, Turkey, and Sausage. One more great day of BBQ left!

Here it is folks…..Our interpretation of “Motherhood”. A full 150lb Duroc as well as her 3 suckling piglets at 35lbs each! Over 250lbs of pure smoked pork goodness. The results will be in soon. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.🤞🏾

While waiting on our hogs to finish, I had a chance to check out a open fire rack. These are amazing cookers that give you the opportunity to cook and entire meal over an open fire. This is a true fundamental of BBQ!!!
