To Our Favorite Customers
After 7 years of rainbow cups, unicorns, sticky fingers, and more “extra ice, less syrup” orders than we can count, we officially close the chapter called Munchies Shave Ice. Our Screamery and Lemonades will stay Munchies for the time being.
We opened Munchies when we were just 13, depleting our savings account and taking out a small loan, and with a dream that our business would grow as we worked hard and served treats with a smile to every customer!
You turned that dream into something bigger than we ever imagined. You showed up, bringing your families, dates, and celebrating birthdays, team wins, and graduations. You made Munchies the heartbeat of the Summer months in this community and at special events.
Now it’s time to pass the torch.
To Jamie, Jason, and Emily at Shivers Shaved Ice & Tasty Treats—
We hand you the keys, a piece of our heart, and our best tips learned over the years. Take care of our people the way they’ve taken care of us. Keep the ice fluffy, the syrups sweet, and give service with a smile. Make new memories, and never forget that this isn’t just a shave ice stand—it’s our community.
To our customers who became family:
Munchies Shave Ice is retiring tonight, but tomorrow, a new sign that reads "SHIVERS" will take its place. Give them the chance to get to know your order by heart. Walk over, say hi, and let the next chapter give you goosebumps (the good kind).
