Tano is a contemporary bistro highlighting fresh ingredients with a menu that changes with the seasons. Tano has recently expanded from simply having the main dining area (which seats about 45 guests) to also offering guests an elegant, yet comfortable bar area to savor a cocktail or glass of wine. ness dinner or special event. Gaetano Williams is the Executive Chef and Proprietor of Tano Bistro. “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to open Tano Bistro as an addition to our catering business. I enjoy the chance to mingle with my guests and give each customer personal attention.” Prior to starting Tano Catering in 2008, Chef Williams was the Executive Chef at McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant in downtown Cincinnati. Guests will enjoy the culinary flair of Chef Williams throughout the menu.
