☕ Meet the Barista: Nichelle ☕

Nichelle is originally from Beaver Crossing, Nebraska, and graduated from Centennial High School before continuing her education through UNO, Metro Community College, and SCC. She’s had the opportunity to travel to some incredible places, but New Zealand and Australia top the list, with Maine coming in as a close second. Her everyday drink is a refreshing Spindrift, while at Ash Hollow she keeps it simple with black coffee or a Honey Vanilla Latte made with oat milk. Outside of the coffee shop, Nichelle enjoys running, golfing, reading, crocheting, and spending time with her kids and family. Her favorite music falls into the folk and alternative genres, and she loves everything from The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings to Marvel movies. Schitt’s Creek is her favorite show, and she says her favorite part of being a barista is making delicious drinks for others to enjoy. Nichelle brings a calm, welcoming presence to the shop, and we’re so glad she’s part of the AHCC team. 🤍
