Haven’t posted for awhile. We have been busy in our communities, especially with the power outages. It’s unbelievable how people flock in for food, to buy ice, to charge their devices, to meet loved ones and transfer kids to grandparents (where there’s heat and tv). My people show up, louder SHOW UP, in a crisis and start moving food from outage stores to ones that have power in our refrigerated truck. Load, unload, help out with the extra crowds, take calls (call offs, compliments, and complaints - yes about how we’re too busy and our lines are too long lol) Right into Shamrock Days where a portion of every Shamrock shake and McFlurry goes to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Next we had a visit to the Ohio State House to talk about our small business concerns, then into donations for end of the school year field days, picnics, after proms and a couple of Buckle Up for Burgers promotions where law enforcement hands out food coupons in our drive thru if you’re wearing your seatbelt. We are hiring like crazy for the upcoming travel season from Memorial Day to Labor Day so apply online or walk-in at your local McDonald’s. 🤩 🌞 🌸 🍔 🍟
