I just want to say Thank you and much gratitude to everyone on the front lines of this pandemic: doctors, nurses, all hospital workers, EMT, police, fire and rescue, grocery store restaurant and cafeteria workers, truck drivers, postal workers, volunteers feeding the hungry, shelter workers, Churches, Synagogues, Mosques, moms and dads home schooling their kids, factory workers, government and municipal employees, road and construction workers, National guard, Military, the mayor our governor and everyone doing the difficult work keeping us going. Things may never be the same but maybe they can be better, be kind to one another, help when you can, stay safe and remember we’re all in this together.

My personal goal has always been to help eliminate food insecurity. (Which seems more relevant at this moment in time)
It’s time for me to start shaping the KTC narrative around my story and original mission.
There had been only one person telling the story of KTC which doesn’t tell the complete story.
Here is my mission statement from years ago.
Mission Statement;
Using scratch made techniques and familiar flavors to bring you new classics.
Our mission is to become a cornerstone in the community through food and neighborhood engagement.

I’m so thankful for each and everyone of you that has supported my dream and The Kentucky Taco Co. along the way.
As Sole owner of The Kentucky Taco Co. moving forward
I’m working on next steps for KTC’s next incarnation but more importantly I’d like to use this time to offer my help. So If there is anything I can do with my time or skill set to help anyone during these unusual times, let me know.

Today is the last day at 502 Warnock. We will be starting our new chapter in the spring. Come by and see us one last time at this location. This is not goodbye This is see you later (👋🏾 in April!)

Just to let everyone know our plans and our appreciation...

First of all we are super grateful to each and everyone of you, it’s been an amazing journey. We are taking a small hiatus to refocus and spend some much needed time with family and friends until spring to relaunch the 2.0 version of our concept. We’ll keep everyone posted as far as when and where. Please feel free to offer any feedback menu suggestions etc...we’ll keep everyone up to date via social media, with that said Saturday 12/14 will our last day at 502 Warnock Street.

Keep an eye out for updates and what we’re up to in the mean time. We can’t express our gratitude enough. Thank you to everyone.
