ANNOUNCEMENT! As many of you may already know, I sold the Café and my time at Jill's Place has now come to an end as I plan to start another adventure across the river at my new business (The Widow's Walk Ice Creamery and Bicycle Rental). I want to thank each and every one of you who supported me in the Jill's Place dream (especially my family whose love and support made it all possible), and everyone who became a part of the Café, one way or the other, in the last year and a half.

A huge thank you to the new owner of Jill's Place, Sarah McCauley, who arranged a fabulous "We Love Jill" party for me today and to everyone who came and wished me well in person or left me a card this past week in my wonderfully decorated card box (thanks Jennifer)! This was definitely an unforgettable day!!!!

After a year and a half of being at the Café, I finally got around to making an appointment for my granddaughter to do a Flame Your Own with Mark at Mark Payton Glass Center. Not only did she make a beautiful flower, the whole experience was wonderful and the fire breathing picture (and video) that Mark takes at the end of the session is...well...just wow! If you haven't yet experienced this, you need to (great for people of all ages)!

The Café's will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 23 and CLOSED Saturday through Monday for the holidays. We will reopen on the normal schedule Tuesday, December 27. Have a wonderful holiday!
