Did you know a lot of our cakes can be cupcakes?

Cupcakes are better for serving big parties just because you can grab them and enjoy them with out having to use forks and plates.

Just made a small batch of scratch made buttermilk biscuits.

They turned out great! I think!

Key to biscuits is to fold the dough about 3 times then flatten the dough out with your hands and not a rolling pin... also not to twist the cutter which then cuts the edges and will not properly rise.
