Sunday ribs almost *never* survive the weekend, but we actually have a small number of sticky ribs on the menu today. We cut the extra racks into single bones, flash-fried them, and tossed them in a sticky glaze.

Once they’re gone, they’re gone. So get to the counter right now if you want to try them.

We only do ribs on Sundays. And like any authentic BBQ spot, we cook for the day. To keep the quality exactly where it needs to be, we don’t smoke a massive surplus just to guarantee staying in stock until close. Once today’s racks sell out, we’re out until next Sunday. Come see us early today if you want a rack or half rack before they’re gone.

The clock hits 2 PM; the Pit Stop begins. Every single day from 2 PM to 5 PM, we do free 20oz stadium cup upgrades on all beers and $2 slushy upgrades. It’s our new afternoon tradition to help you slide into the evening. Stop by our bar in Nulu and hang out a bit.
