Tomorrow’s Wednesday Kitchen Special: Mazemen 🍜🔥

Saucy thick ramen noodles piled with juicy, savory ground pork, a silky onsen egg, menma, pickled ginger, nori, scallions, and plenty of crispy, aromatic chili crisp for a spicy, garlicky kick. Topped with umami-bomb miso-glazed bacon for extra crunch and yuzu kosho cabbage slaw for that zing.
