Every year, our Kitchen Managers and Sushi Chefs compete for the chance to have their creations featured as a Burger of the Month and Sushi of the Month.

Each year, our Kitchen Managers and Sushi Chefs compete for the chance to have their creations featured on the menu. And now they're here!

🍔 Sweet Heat Burger – Created by Dionte at Drake's Elizabethtown
Two 1/4 lb. trashed-seasoned patties topped with pepper jack cheese, candied bacon, crispy onion rings, mayo, and sweet heat BBQ glaze.

🍣 Tempura Fire Roll – Created by Tin at Drake's Hamburg
Salmon, avocado, cream cheese, and jalapeño rolled, tempura fried, and topped with spicy mayo and sriracha.

🍺 Kona Big Wave
A light-bodied golden ale with tropical flavor.
