As the sun sets on our last day of service, I absolutely want to give my sincere thanks to everyone who made our humble little food truck a part of your lives these past 4+ years. Particularly our neighbors here in our adopted home of Shelby Park, but also the greater Louisville area and beyond who were kind enough to not only be our patrons, but also our biggest fans.
Moreover, we wouldn't be anywhere near our current position without the help and support of our friends at , and we owe a lot of thanks to them for being both excellent hosts and a constant source of inspiration. Thank you so much to Princeton, Mark, Spencer, Jenni, Max and anyone else who helped push us to be our best.
Most importantly, I need to thank my staff. Particularly Vivian and Cody, but also Priscilla, Ben, Riza, Brent and Conner
But more than anything, thank you to the community who were always here to make us better. Honestly, anyone who made a Lego set or a plaque or anything for us in the last week, I absolutely cannot thank you enough. You made my year, and maybe it was all worth it. Seriously. I will miss you. Thank you thank you thank you.
