The time has come! Everyone has been asking about the chicken salad… we just whipped up our first batch for the drive-thru and it’s the perfect sandwich!

Our chicken salad is made in-house and has been a top-seller. Add one to your next order! 😍

I also wanted to post a side note that this is our soft opening. Our grand opening is set for October 10th and we’re hoping to have things more organized and have a good workflow for orders. 🩷 We appreciate all of your patience with our long lines! I am also training everyone from square one with our Kozy Kabin recipes. I can’t thank you enough for your patience and understanding! I’m trying to watch every drink that goes out the door, but I can’t see every single one. Our shift leads are training up to make sure quality is always the number one ingredient in every single order. 🫶🏻
If a drink is ever made wrong, please don’t be afraid to reach out so we can make sure every single person is happy. 🥹🩷

☕️ WE’RE READY TO SEE YOU!🧋

After a whole lot of work behind the scenes, The Kozy Kabin Roastery is officially ready for our SOFT OPENING tomorrow morning, Friday 9/25! We will be drive-thru only for the first 5 days, followed by walk-in, with online ordering trickling in after.

This is our chance to get our new team comfortable, learn the flow of our brand-new drive-thru, and work out all the little kinks before our official Grand Opening on October 10th! You won’t want to miss it. 🤗

We would LOVE for you to come through, grab your favorite drink, say hi, and help us put our new drive-thru to the test! ☕️

Please bring a little patience with us as our entire team learns something completely new. 🫶🏻 We’re excited, nervous, and SO ready to finally serve you from the Kabin! Some menu items will not be available, but will be brought in little by little so please be understanding! 🩷

It’s Kitchen Testing Day at The Kozy Kabin! 🍳🥯

Your favorite breakfast sandwiches will be back and better than ever! Swing through the drive-thru to grab a sandwich and a coffee to start your morning off right. 🤗 Opening Day is right around the corner! We were told inspection will be happening next week! 🩷

In the meantime, we’re perfecting every drink, food, and process to make sure everything runs as smoothly as we can make it. 🫶🏻

Our breakfast sandwiches are made with bakery-good bagels and fresh, never frozen eggs! Want a plain, everything, or blueberry bagel, or english muffin? Or fancy-it-up and choose between a croissant or flatbread! Fill it just the way you want it… choose between sausage, turkey sausage, or bacon! Finally, make it ooey-gooey delicious with your choice of American, Swiss, or provolone cheese! We will have spread options including hot sauce, garlic aioli, locally-made hot mustard, cream cheese, or avocado. 😍

I’m sharing this AGAIN because apparently someone who enjoys stalking my page also enjoys reporting me to the health department. I’m getting beyond irritated so I will let it be known I am LICENSED for BOTTLED DRINKS so you can stop worrying and focus on something else in your life. I’m done being nice about it. I follow health department rules and I take everything I do seriously. My staff knows this. My followers know this.

The shop looks very different now, but here’s a peek at how she looked when we initially got licensed through the Department of Agriculture.

The health department DID inform they will likely be doing their inspection next week so we can officially open! 🤗🎉
