We specialize in artisinal-style gelato using only the best ingredients available (Madagascar vanilla beans, Sicilian pistachios, Valrhona chocolates, the list goes on). All sorbetto flavors are made with real fruit (no artificial flavorings) and are typically hand-selected at various local farmer's markets. If it's ri

The snow princess white peach! If you look it up it says “...best enjoyed when left to ripen...Well sorry, I disagree! It’s best enjoyed as a sorbetto at Pazzo Gelato! Come try this special fruit. It’s a true labor of love. So much work goes into these stone fruit flavors. Eat it on it’s own or pair it with some Madagascar vanilla bean. Or vegan toasted coconut. See you soon.

yellow nectarine sorbetto. For those of you who know us, this will be old news. For any new fans, here’s why this is so special. I hand select these seasonal fruits. I buy what’s great that week. We then have to prep and pit the fruit. It’s not a puree or processed fruit. We make small batches all season. Do yourself a favor and at least sample our seasonal offerings. They’re special and you’ll make me happy! 😁
