An independent, locally-owned and operated company – our mission is to develop great coffee and to positively contribute to our community. Located in the West Adams neighborhood of LA, our production facility is where we freshly roast and package all Jetty coffees, including our blends and seasonal single origins. Our green coffees are carefully and selectively sourced from around the world – with
a focus on quality, traceability, and social and ecological sustainability, all of which conveniently go hand-in-hand. Trips to origin allow us to discover remarkable coffees, establish direct trade partners, and see firsthand how farms and mills operate. Jetty is serious about worker welfare and the health of our ecosystem and we are committed to ensuring that neither are compromised in the production of our coffee. Our philosophy in developing the coffees that bear the Jetty name is to embrace the approachable; be wary of the temperamental – to create coffees that are versatile and that stand up to variation. A general rule of thumb that guides much, but not all, of what we do.
