Why do people ask advice on finding good recipes to perfect strangers? It’s something that I never understood, especially when there’s no context on who is giving the recipe.
Why aren’t we checking legitimate sources?

Same on why we are trusting joe blow who’s 24 years old in a baseball cap to tell us where the best eclair in Paris is, or the best Italian food in LA when they have never gone to cooking school, can’t even cook an egg and have zero culinary background? Why does having a certain number of followers give people so many undeserved qualifications?? 😵💫

Some of these reviews have actually shut down restaurants because of their reviews.
