10/24/10-11/22/19. I decided to sell Feast earlier this year. It was the perfect way to end things in Hollywood. Yesterday marked the final step in the transfer of Feast to the new buyer. What a life lesson Hollywood has been. The things and I went through will be apart of us forever. The last 2 years was the best version of Feast I could ask for. For all of you that supported and loved what we did, thank you. I’ll be opening a new concept in January 2020, keep you all posted.

NEW ITEM! The Steak Sandwich. This sandwich is hybrid of everything I love about meat in a bun 😉. Chopped yellow chili’s inspired from in and out burgers, Mojo onions from the Latin Caribbean islands, and my love for avocados in a Mexican style torta. Combined together with some tender slices of rib-eye well damn, we have a winner.

from of the Puerco Rico Sandwich! 🔥 The Cuban sandwich in my opinion is one of the most complete sandwiches I’ve had. One of my biggest challenges was how to get that roasted pork to stand out. We marinated and slow roasted a pork shoulder and you can taste that juicy flavorful pork.

We’ve got 3 different kinds of fried chicken. This one is for the Far East Fried Chicken Sandwich. It’s directly inspired by the street vendors in Taiwan. We also think it’s one good looking piece of chicken 👌🏽 💥

When I was a kid I’d crave cheesesteak sandwiches, the only place to get them nearby was a spot called Del Amo steakhouse. I was mesmerized by the line cook working the griddle. Now I’ve had the chance to create and griddle my own! (Bottom)
One of my absolute favorite dishes the Lomo Saltado - steak, fries, onions, tomatoes all stir fried together. How could you go wrong? Had a crazy notion one drunken evening to throw it in a sando! (Top)
