At first, it sounds like an unlikely combination: pineapple and fire.

But somewhere along the way, Brazilian churrasco turned that combination into something special.

The grill does something to pineapple that you simply can’t get any other way. The heat concentrates its sweetness, softens the fruit, and gives it a subtle smoky character that makes every bite completely different from fresh pineapple.

And then we take it one step further.

Our pineapple is grilled with brown sugar and cinnamon, creating a caramelized layer around the fruit as it slowly cooks over the heat. The outside gets golden and slightly crisp, while the inside stays warm, juicy, and tender.

It’s sweet without being overwhelming. Smoky without overpowering the fruit. And the cinnamon adds that little something you can’t quite put your finger on — until you find out what it is.

That’s why it works so beautifully after churrasco.

After the richness of the meat, the pineapple brings brightness, sweetness, warmth, and a completely different texture to the table.
