Pasta con vongole .
Buon appetito 😋

spaghetti con vongole.
500 g. di spaghetti (o linguine)
1 kg. di vongole
1 spicchio d'aglio
prezzemolo
olio d'oliva un pomodoro 🍅
sale e peperoncino
lasciate le vongole a bagno per 2 ore,in abbondante acqua salata, scolate le vongole e trasferitele in una padella,coprite con il coperchio e lasciate schiudere i gusci,recuperate i molluschi togliendo quelli rimasti chiusi e filtrate il liquido emesso in cottura, fate dorare l'aglio con l'olio il prezzemolo tritato e il peperoncino aggiungete un pomodoro 🍅 tagliato a pezzetti,un mestolo del liquido tenuto da parte , cuocete per 5 minuti e aggiungetele vongole .
lessate la pasta in acqua bollente e salata , scolatela e saltatela con il condimento preparato aggiungendo un pizzico di pepe nero . servite
