4 cups beef broth

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions:

2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 12 oz / 340g total)

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (about 4g)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil (about 30ml)

4 tablespoons butter (about 56g)

1 small yellow onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 tablespoons flour (about 30g)

1 ยฝ cups chicken broth (about 360ml)

ยพ cup milk (about 180ml)

4 oz cream cheese, softened (about 115g)

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (about 100g)

10 oz diced tomatoes & green chilies (about 280g, canned)

8 oz thin spaghetti (about 225g)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 100g)

Red pepper flakes & chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions:

Prepare the Chicken: Season

the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes per side).

Remove the chicken from the skillet, set aside, and let it rest.

3- pound chuck roast
1- ounce packet of dry ranch seasoning mix
1- ounce packet of dry au jus gravy mix
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup water
5-6 pepperoncini
Instructions:
Step1: Add 1/4 cup of water into the insert of your slow cooker then place the chuck roast on top.
Step2: Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning mix on top of the chuck roast, then sprinkle the dry au jus mix on top, then place 6 tbsp. of butter on top of the roast, and finally 5-6 pepperoncini around the roast.
Step3: Cook on low for 8 hours.

- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Instructions:
1. Start by seasoning the ribeye steak generously with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients
3 large potatoes
olive oil + salt pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (for potatoes)
2 Steaks โ€“ I used 10 ounce strip steaks
Olive Oil
Salt pepper, & garlic powder
Steak Seasoning I like using Kinderโ€™s Prime Steak

Seasoning
4 TBSP of butter
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of dried parsley

Instructions
Wash your potatoes and cut up into small cubes
Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dried parsley (I donโ€™t use exact measurements for this part)
Cook your potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook
Once the potatoes are cooking, cut your steak into about 1 inch cubes
Coat the steak bites in olive oil and salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning
Once the potatoes are cooked set them aside
Cook steak bites in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes (this got mine about medium)
Melt your butter and stir in minced garlic and dried parsley
Pour the garlic butter over steak bites and serve over the crispy potatoes

For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:
* 8 oz pasta shells (conchiglie)
* 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 2 tbsp butter
* Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
* Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
1. Cook Pasta โ€“ Boil pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Reserve ยฝ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
2. Sear Steak โ€“ Pat steak dry, season with salt & pepper. Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a skillet. Sear steak 2โ€“3 min per side until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
3. Garlic Herb Sauce โ€“ Lower heat to medium, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic, cook 30โ€“60 sec. Stir in Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Add juices from steak plate.
4. Creamy Parmesan Sauce โ€“ Lower heat to low, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add heavy cream, whisk, then gradually add Parmesan until smooth and slightly thickened.
5. Combine โ€“ Toss pasta in sauce, loosening with reserved pasta water if needed. Fold steak and juices back in. Adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley & Parmesan. Serve immediately.

Juicy steak with creamy garlic sauce ๐Ÿฅฉ use
Ingredients :

- 4 beef steaks (sirloin or ribeye)

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 tablespoons of butter.

- Salt and black pepper to taste

For the creamy garlic sauce:

- 3 minced garlic cloves

- 1 cup of heavy cream

- 1/4 de tasse de boeuf ou de poulet

- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Itinรฉraires :

1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a medium-high skillet. Season steaks with salt and pepper.

2. Searz steaks for 3-4 minutes on the side for the rare, or cook to your preferred don. Remove steaks and put aside to rest.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
250 ml milk
250 ml sparkling water (or still water)
200 g flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp oil (+ extra for frying)
1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
Instructions:
Whisk eggs with milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.
Add flour and mix until smooth.
Stir in water and oil until you get a thin batter.
Let the batter rest for 15โ€“20 minutes.
Heat a lightly oiled pan.
Pour a thin layer of batter and cook until lightly golden, then flip.
Cook the other side briefly.

Ingredients:
4 apples, peeled, cored and cut into wedges
60 ml (1/4 cup) butter
60 ml (1/4 cup) firmly packed brown sugar
4 medium Old El Pasoโ„ข flour tortillas (6-inch [15 cm])
Cooking spray
Ice Cream With Vanilla
60 ml (1/4 cup) caramel sauce; warmed up
Steps:
Preheat oven 230ยฐC (450ยฐF). Spray a 20 or 23 cm (8 or 9 inch) baking dish with cooking spray (1.9 L [2 quarts]).
In a 25 cm (10 in.) skillet, heat the apples and butter over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until the apples are tender. Add brown sugar and cook until melted.
Spoon a quarter of the apples onto each tortilla, then roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Spray tops of enchiladas with cooking spray.

My mom used to make these every Saturday morning when we were kids, and the smell alone would wake us up before our alarm ever could. I hadn't thought about them in years until I found myself with barely anything in the kitchen last weekendโ€”just an egg, some yogurt, and flour. No oven. No fancy ingredients. Just a craving for something warm and sweet.
These little beauties are basically magic. Fluffy, golden, studded with chocolate chips, and dusted with cinnamon sugar while they're still warm from the pan. They taste like a cross between pancakes and soft little doughnuts, but somehow better than both. My husband ate four straight off the plate before I could even take a picture.

The batter comes together in one bowl, and they cook in about 5 minutes. No waiting. No oven preheating. Just pure, soft, melt-in-your-mouth comfort that tastes like a lazy Sunday morning should.

**INGREDIENTS:**

โ€ข 1 egg

โ€ข 3 tbsp sugar (45 g)

โ€ข 1 sachet vanilla sugar (8 g) or 1 tsp vanilla extract

โ€ข 3 tbsp oil (45 ml)

โ€ข 1/2 cup yogurt (120 g)

โ€ข 1 1/2 cups flour (180 g)

โ€ข 1 tsp baking powder

โ€ข Pinch of salt

**INSTRUCTIONS:**

The bread that drives everyone crazy, the no-knead garlic bread that still works!
Ingredients :

500g of flour

1 packet of dry yeast

2 teaspoon salt

3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)

350 ml of warm water

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:

1. First mix the flour in a large bowl with the dry yeast, salt and minced garlic. Then add warm water and olive oil.

Mix well with a spoon or spatula until all the ingredients are combined. Then the dough remains slightly sticky - it's absolutely true!

2. Now cover the bowl with a clean torch and let the batter rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until it doubles in volume.

3. Then lightly grease a bread mold or pastry plate. Then gently pour the raised dough into the mold without kneading it.

Finally, bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees (vault/sole heat) for about 30-35 minutes until bread is golden brown.

Easy Yogurt Cake
Fluffy, moist, and made with simple ingredientsโ€”this no-fuss cake is a sweet everyday treat!
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 eggs, separated
- 240 g (1 cup) yogurt
- 60 g (ยฝ cup) all-purpose flour
- 20 g (2 ยฝ tbsp.) cornstarch
- zest 1 lemon
- 20 mL (1 tbsp.) lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- 100 g (ยฝ cup) sugar
METHOD:
Whisk egg yolks with yogurt, lemon zest and juice.
Mix cornstarch and flour, add dry ingredients to yolk mixture.
Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until frothy. Start adding the sugar, while working with a mixer. When stiff peaks form, gradually fold the egg whites into the batter.
Pour into an 18cm cake tin and place in the ovenproof dish filled with hot water.
Bake at 150C/302F for 60 minutes.
