Chefs Patrick and Dave bring to Full Moon Pickles a very eclectic background, having cooked in some of the best kitchens in the US and Europe including some LA favorites: Dune, Elf Cafe, and The Soho House. This dynamic duo continues the FMP tradition of fresh and vibrant food, and add a chef-driven perspective to the menu. Patrick and Dave are longtime friends and musicians and are proud to be one of the only Latino-owned companies in the Production Catering world.
