Hi everyone 👋🏽 happy Monday!
This week we will be doing beef short ribs for pick up at the Alhambra farmers market, they are pre order only (deposit via Venmo or zelle)
Deadline to place your order will be Thursday at 1pm, must send $80 deposit to reserve your rack $50 at pick up.
Each rack comes with three bones each carrying +1Lb of meat, we will also have Brisket, pulled pork and pork spare ribs at the booth!
