Our Coconut Margarita at Mirate is an homage to the original born at El Cholo in 1923 — reimagined the Mirate way.

Please meet one of our newest canned cocktails at Mirate: the Mexican Firing Squad.

A true clásico from mid-century Mexico City, the original Mexican Firing Squad is tequila, citrus, grenadine, and bitters — bright, tart, and built to wake up the palate. We kept the spirit and made it muy Mírate.

Ours features our private label Tromba 44 Blanco Tequila, housemade ponche grenadine, Rosa’s lime cordial (also hecho en casa), Amargo Vallet, and Primo Aperitivo. Every batch is force carbonated and canned in-house by our team.

Why can it ourselves? Control, consistency, and craft. We dial in the balance, the bubbles, and the texture so what you crack open tastes exactly how we intended — vibrant, layered, listo para la fiesta.

So much trabajo goes into every can, and we’re proud of the result. Ask for the Mexican Firing Squad next time you’re in. Salud!

Say hola to Vanessa! 👋 She’s in the kitchen making one of our new brunch favorites: the Burrito Mojado.

So what’s a burrito mojado? Literally “wet burrito” — a flour tortilla wrapped tight, then topped (and lightly smothered) in warm salsa so it stays tender, saucy, and full of flavor in every bite. Think fork-and-knife energy, no shame.

At Mírate, ours is filled with eggs, bacon, ribeye, roasted poblano, and finished with salsa verde. Hearty, bold, and built for brunch.

Join us Saturdays and Sundays from 11am–3pm. Reservations are recommended — book on Resy and come hungry!

Brunch at Mirate just got an upgrade! Our new Mexico City–inspired brunch menu is here — think full table, platos al centro, y muchas margaritas.

New favorites include:
Pistachio & Avocado Egg Toast with stracciatella & chiltepín
Huevos Rancheros with blue corn tortilla & salsa molcajete
Chilaquiles with cochinita pibil & salsa macha
Burrito Mojado with ribeye & roasted poblano

From Flautas de Barbacoa to Huevos a la Cazuela, it’s a brunch menu built for sharing — para la mesa completa.

Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 11am–3pm. Reservations are recommended and can be made on Resy.
