🎉 WE GOT THE KEYS TO A NEW RESTAURANT! 🎊 Vui Vẻ is officially expanding to downtown NOHO in Summer 2025!💥

Our new location will be a heartfelt homage to the creative community that nurtured Jack & I 🫰 Just as Little Tokyo honored our traditions+culture, this new spot will celebrate the community that shaped us.

Securing this front-facing location on Magnolia Boulevard was incredibly competitive. We found ourselves bidding against large restaurant groups/investors with deeper pockets and vast decorative accolades. However, the deciding factor came down to personality & how we presented a practical vision. Our willingness to foster a strong tenant-landlord relationship also played a significant role in winning the lease 🔑✨

Hollywood holds a dear place in our hearts. It’s where we spent our formative years in the VFX industry 🐣 With , the institution where Jack & I met, moving their main campus nearby, our connection to this community is stronger than ever. It’s a full circle for us to give back to the creative community that raised us 🌻

While the early years of Vui Vẻ in Little Tokyo presented challenges, they also taught us invaluable lessons. We’re deeply thankful for everyone, especially our dedicated team + loyal patrons, who stood by us through thick & thin. Your support has been the driving force behind our journey, and we can’t wait to continue serving you in our new location 🌼
