It’s hard to put into words what this moment means to us.

More than a year ago, this was only a dream.

Then came the long days.
The sleepless nights.
The endless decisions, permits, inspections, setbacks, tears, prayers… and the moments when giving up would have been the easiest thing to do.

But we didn’t.

We kept going.
We kept believing.
We kept building.

Little by little, we watched an empty space become something that carries a piece of our hearts in every corner. 🤍

And now… after everything it took to get here…

TOMORROW, WE OPEN THE DOORS. 🥹✨

Not just to a restaurant.
But to a dream we fought for.
A dream built from scratch, with our own hands, our family, our recipes, our story, and more love than words could ever describe.
