Holt Grill & Co. officially opens its doors tomorrow, August 31!

There are so many emotions wrapped up in this moment: excitement, nerves, gratitude, and a whole lot of pride. What started as an idea has become something we’ve poured countless hours, late nights, and so much heart into, and we cannot believe it’s finally time to welcome you inside.

We are incredibly grateful for every person who has encouraged us, supported our businesses, shared our posts, asked when we were opening, and cheered us on along the way. We truly could not have made it to this moment without the support of our community.

Holt Grill & Co. was created to be a place where you can gather around the table with family and friends, enjoy a good meal, and feel right at home.

After 15 years in the food service industry and nearly 10 years of serving this community from our food truck - and now through Lincoln’s Brews - we’re putting down even deeper roots.

Holt Grill & Company is coming to Lake City!

Wade and Kaylea Holt are bringing Holt Grill & Company from the food truck to a brick-and-mortar restaurant in the former Green Frog space.

“The Lake City community has always felt like home, and we’re excited to put down roots here,” says Kaylea Holt.
Holt Grill & Co. will be a family-owned and operated restaurant built around good food, good people, and the kind of place you can bring your family, your friends, and your first dates.

We can’t wait to share more about what we’re creating, what’s coming to the menu, and when we’ll officially open our doors.

And we’re building our team!
