We invite you to join us for an exclusive 5-Course ‘Meet the Chef’ Wine Dinner on Wednesday, June 17th at 6:00 PM.

Experience an evening of thoughtfully crafted cuisine, curated pairings, and the opportunity to meet the talent behind our kitchen. This special event highlights the creativity and passion of our new Executive Chef, James Leeder-Botnan, whose personal flair for both food and hospitality shines through every course.

Tickets are $120 per guest, with 50% due at the time of booking and the remaining balance due following the dinner.

Our new Shrimp Ceviche is fresh and citrusy. Made with Baywood shrimp, radish, cilantro, cucumber, pickled onions and an avocado mouse. Served with our house chips, this dish is made for summer outings at Chophouse.
