Our specials menu for June 11 through the 14th; plan your week accordingly 😀😀😀. Thursday: We will be featuring our grilled chicken spinach strawberry salad with citrus vinaigrette, and a side of our Basil tomato cheese focaccia bread. Our soup for the day is chicken and dumplings. Friday: Our options are BLT pasta salad or beef cob salad. The soup is kielbasa and red bean, served with our roasted corn bread. Saturday: We will be serving breakfast all day…and our very popular cabbage roll soup will be served with a side of baguette bread. Sunday: Our options are meatloaf over potatoes with gravy or lasagna, served with our summer vegetable medley and garlic basil focaccia bread. And, of course, we serve breakfast all day on Sundays. For those still reading, I'd like to share a little story. Today, I was asked if we had new owners. The answer is no. I pulled the shop off the market after a heartfelt conversation with my husband. This year, he has chosen to work only part-time. For those who don't know, he is required to travel. Last year was very difficult, with him gone for eight months. As many of you know, last year was tough….Anyhow, it's your unwavering support, the many days of sold-out specials, the private events, our daily regulars, now family, and all the well wishes and words of encouragement that make selling this very special place impossible…my heart and soul is in downtown Lonoke at the Cozy Nook. I truly feel blessed and loved. Thank you with all my heart.
