Less than three months ago, we opened the doors to The Nazca Lines.
To now see the story behind this restaurant, from Sean Enrique’s childhood in Lima and the hours spent in his abuelita’s kitchen to finding the right partner in Chef Santiago and finally bringing a decades-long dream to life, shared in the Orlando Sentinel means more to us than we can put into words.
Thank you to Amy Drew Thompson for spending time with us, returning for a second visit, and taking such care in telling this story. And thank you to every person who has walked through our doors since June. You have embraced this restaurant in a way we could never have anticipated.
Having this moment come just weeks before our official Grand Opening makes it even more meaningful. On October 3, we’ll celebrate The Nazca Lines, the people who brought it to life, and everyone who has already made these first few months so special.
