At The Nazca Lines Restaurant in Longwood, FL, sharing authentic Peruvian cuisine and culture with you is our passion and at the heart of who we are.

Every dish we serve is an opportunity to bring the delicious flavors and traditions of Peru to you. Each customer is made to feel like you’re a member of our family.

Despite opening our doors less than 2 months ago, we have already accumulated 350 Google reviews while maintaining a 5.0 star staring. We are beyond proud of this and believe it serves as evidence that our commitment to quality food and service is resonating with our guests, and we couldn’t be happier!

And the best part? You don’t have to travel 2800 miles to Lima, Peru to learn why Peruvian cuisine is today considered the most diverse and delicious food in the world.

Our Parrilla Nazca Lines brings a little bit of everything to the table. 🔥

Grilled octopus, seafood, skirt steak, and chicken marinated in ají panca, served with potatoes and vegetables, and all with the genuine Peruvian flavor we’ve come to be known for.

Our restaurant has grown quickly in its first month, and with more than 200 five-star Google reviews, a dining room that’s been warmly embraced by our community, and guests who continue to return and recommend us, it’s time for our team to grow too.

We’re looking for cooks who are passionate about great food, take pride in every plate they serve, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen where quality and consistency matter. We’re also looking for servers who genuinely enjoy caring for people, create memorable dining experiences through attentive service, and want to be part of a team that treats every guest like family.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are preferred, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

As a thank you for your commitment, eligible new team members will receive a $1,000 hiring bonus after successfully completing their 90-day introductory period.
