OKAY BESTIES!!!!! Some have asked and I’m answering the call! For the first time we will be offering a heat and serve lunch option! So next week we will be offering smoked pork tenderloin with a cherry sauce! This lunch will come chilled and will need to be reheated! If this is something that becomes popular we will offer these types twice a month!

Also! Mark your calander for our Halloween theme high tea in a box! We will be having those on Oct 28th and ordering will be available on Oct 21st! We will be cutting off ordering when we reach 60 boxes! Will you get a TRICK OR TREAT?!

A few things about lunch.

📅 Lunches are on Wednesday!!

❗️Due to the nature of our lunches they are preordered only. By Grace takes pride in the making and sourcing of our ingredients so we only purchase/make what is needed for that week.

🚗 Delivery: HISD to any campus is free. Delivery to Longview free if total is $25 or more. Delivery fee of $5 will apply for anything under $25 in Longview.

🩷 When placing your order please comment on the original lunch post ONLY. This is a way for me to keep track of my ordering. When I 🩷 your comment that means I received it!

I was recently asked by another business owner, “Why do you collaborate with other small businesses? You already have a following. You don’t need to.”

My answer is simple: Yes, I do. And so do they. ❤️

I believe God never intended for us to walk alone—or to believe that someone else’s success takes away from our own.

There is room at the table for all of us. There is enough blessing to go around. And when we have been given a platform, an opportunity, or a little extra reach, why not use it to help someone else rise, too?

“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor.” — Ecclesiastes 4:9

As women in business, we have an incredible opportunity to encourage one another, share our gifts, open doors, and cheer each other on.

I don’t believe in “How can I get ahead of you?”

I believe in “How can we grow together?”

Small businesses are stronger when we build relationships instead of competing for them. So if God has blessed you with influence, use it to bless someone else. If you have a seat at the table, make room for another person.

There is nothing more beautiful than watching women support women, businesses support businesses, and a community grow together.

We’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Barista to join the By Grace Bakery trailer!

This isn’t your typical “just make drinks” position. I’m looking for someone who can truly be my right hand—someone who is confident, motivated, and ready to take ownership of their role.

✨ The right person will:
• Have previous barista experience
• Work independently and confidently
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have exceptional customer service skills
• Be flexible with days and hours
• Have ambition and a strong work ethic
• Be willing to take the lead when needed
• Be dependable, organized, and able to think on their feet
• Represent By Grace Bakery with professionalism and kindness

This position is perfect for someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged and enjoys being part of a growing small business. I want someone who sees what needs to be done and does it.
