Meet the Press Maxwell Sausage.

Named for Press Maxwell, the man who designed and constructed Pinecrest Country Club’s championship 18-hole course. To celebrate the opening of Pinecrest’s newly renovated front nine, we teamed up with their Chef, chefespo82 to make a sausage worthy of the occasion.

Available this Friday at Pinecrest Country Club and Bodacious on Mobberly.

Two Longview institutions. One pretty good reason to eat sausage on a Friday.
