Pancake House Good Food and Friendly Service. Come see us! My Mother, Edith Klahn bought the Pancake House in February 1972 From Willard Irby. My father owned log trucks.

It came with the original recipes. She had not been in the restaurant business before. That same year my Father died of Cancer. (I was 12 years old). So I grew up here and it was just her and I. She let me take over in 1993, and she helped me learn the trade ....we went non smoking in 1994 (it was a big deal back then. People said we would go broke), we didn't. In fact it increased our business be

cause we were such a small building...

In 1998 my mother was diagnosed with Lung Cancer and she died later that year. Her wonderful and giving personality was missed by so many people. I attribute our success through the years to my awesome employees who have been with us for many years. Linda was with us for almost 49 years. Wanda is close to 31 years. Many are over 20 years. And of course our loyal customers who have become dear to us and some come in every day! Come in and get to know us. We are like family!
