Want to know a secret? 🤫 👀

Most macarons only have a cream/buttercream filling. Not that it’s a bad thing, it’s just not MY thing.

I’m a texture person, and if my macarons don’t have some kind of texture in them, I don’t want it 😌💅🏼

What makes mine different?? Oh! I’m so glad you asked 😎

Each one has some kind of texture to it. For example:
-Cosmic brownie has a brownie in the center of a chocolate ganache border, topped with those oh so delicious chocolate candies.

-Ferrero Rocher has a Nutella Swiss meringue buttercream border, filled with chocolate ganache and a hazelnut in the center, topped with a chocolate glaze with chopped hazelnuts.

-pumpkin spice has a pumpkin buttercream border filled with a pumpkin spice cake 🥹

Just thinking of this makes me want to eat at least 87 dozen. 🤤🤤🤤
