✨ With a growing business comes growing pains… and BIG changes! ✨
As Philomena’s Catering Co. continues to grow, so does our need for more space, better equipment, and a kitchen that can keep up with everything we’re doing.
Starting January 1st, we’ll officially be saying goodbye to Philomena’s Room as an event space and transforming that area into an expansion of our catering kitchen. 🤍
This decision is bittersweet because we’ve celebrated so many special moments in that room, but it’s also incredibly exciting. I’ve ALWAYS wanted a walk-in cooler (the things that excite you when you own a catering company 😂), and this expansion is going to give us more refrigeration, more prep space, more storage, and a much better setup to handle the volume we’re continuing to take on.
When I started Philomena’s, I could only dream of needing more space for production. Now here we are.
Philomena’s Room may be going away, but Philomena’s Catering Co. is getting bigger. 🥂
We’re so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to show you what we’re creating behind the scenes.
