Not only was it a pleasure to do some resurfacing in my hometown of , right on the waters edge....but, so was the company. Jack Temple and Jacqui had me come into Grain On The Rocks and freshen their boards up! While, also, leaning into Ceaser and their cook staffs input for some much needed custom size oddball boards, to fill a few void food prep spaces. Solid team of folks over there.
