He was just a dude, a food dude, but he was pretty special and he inspired so many of us to explore and think about food beyond all of the borders. In the end, it’s people. It’s connection. Our bagels are hand shaped everyday, cold fermented for 24 hours, and then boiled and baked every morning minutes before we open. Get them with cream cheese, butter, jam…or made into a breakfast sandwich with 2 eggs, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and if you like, choice of meat. We also make them our OG style without eggs
