We’re rotating the menu all month with new market finds, and we’ve got some fun ones brewing. Here’s where you can find us this month:

Starting with this Saturday, June 6 from 2pm till sellout. We’re excited to be in our own hood and serving our 4th Street friends!

Then we’ll be heading to the South Bay for a few days and popping up at Wednesday, June 10 & 17, and Thursday, June 25 from 3pm till sellout.

“I want our pop-ups to feel like if you changed our bamboo plates, you’d feel like you were in a restaurant.”

Thank you for taking the time to see and understand what we’re trying to build through Three Pigs, we’re beyond grateful for the opportunity.

At the end of the day, we just want to create thoughtful, welcoming experiences while sharing more Japanese food, culture, and hospitality with communities across Southern California. We’re incredibly humbled by all the support and thankful for those who show up for us at pop-ups, dinners, and events.

Celebrating AAPI Heritage Month popping up at some of our favorite Asian American–owned small businesses this weekend.

As a Japanese American, this month always gives me a moment to slow down and reflect on where I come from, the traditions, the food, the stories, and how much of that lives in what we do at Three Pigs. I’m grateful we’re able to share even a small part of it with you all.
