Only the best possible ingredients are used. Our dairy based ice cream is manufactured from milk and all natural ingredients. The sorbets are made from water and fresh fruit; satisfying the needs of the vegan and gluten free community. We are currently working on a sugar free recipe as well! The calorie content of our ice cream range from 75 to 120 calories per sorbet scoop, and between 100-225 ca

lories for a dairy based scoop, which means really low fat ice cream! Paradis of Long Beach takes the guilt out of eating ice cream :)
