La Parolaccia Osteria Italiana Long Beach Great food, great w**e and most of all great friends....with some "parolaccie" La Parolaccia has been a family owned business since 2006. Ci vediamo presto!

We are from Rome Italy and hope to bring some of our homestyle Italian cooking to you. La Parolaccia offers a relaxed and intimate atmosphere where everyone is treated like family and enjoys delicious pizza, pasta and w**e. La Parolaccia in Italian means "the bad word." In Italy an osteria is a down to earth establishment where friends and family gather to enjoy great food and occasionally let out a "parolaccia." We hope our home away from home becomes a place where you form great memories around great food.

Slow cooking the pizza by the mouth of the oven allows the bottom to crisp up without burning, and the cheese to melt just right…
