When we started Noble, our goal wasn’t to win awards. It was to serve food we were proud to feed our own family: pasture-raised chicken, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and a kitchen built on transparency, hospitality, and food that everyone can gather around.
Five years later, this recognition still means the world to us.
